Startar och stoppar efter eget tycke
Har fungerat bra några år men sedan start o stopp blev blå runt kanten har pluggarna varit omöjliga att styra startar och stoppar efter eget program😡har pratat med support utan att få ordning på detta efter att gjort som support sa och nollställt casch funkade pluggarna och startade och stoppade på rätt tid en dag där efter blev start och stopp helt annorlunda det verkar som gamla tider kommer tillbaka slumpmässigt
App kraschar
Appen är bra men för mig kraschar appen o mobilen pga appen om jag är inne för länge i den o de e bara den appen så de e nått me appen, skulle uppskatta om de kunde fixas då de e väldigt irriterande. Annars skulle betyget varit 5/5.
Usel loggning
Jag set knappt någon information i loggarna, och kan inte heller välja vad jag vill se. Använt min WiFi-plugg flera dagar utan att se en enda rad om detta i loggen. Vidare stänger den av sig mer eller mindre regelbundet, även detta utan någon information över huvud taget. ”Lurat” den genom att göra en automation som slår på den, och triggas när den stängs av. Får stänga av automationen innan jag stänger av uttaget). Men utan loggar vet man ju inte vad som händer …
Mycket bra
Enkel app allting är straight forward. Aldrig krånglat eller crashat. Solid
Katastrofdåligt
Svensk telefon, appen på svenska. Vill inte para sig med en smartplug. Internet säger att det inte funkar om man kör svenska. Jag slänger min smartplug och köper något annat märke som fungerar.
Wifi smart power energy meter
Hi. Under energy consumption there is only a number available to the user. I cannot see wich unit you present. Its only 0.5 but what? 0.5kw or 0.5w ?? Please make it clear in the app.
Dags för uppdatering?
Effektmätningen, där man ska läsa av diagram och försöka förstå är värdelös. Känns inte alls uppdaterat, lite som Windows 3.1 år 2023. Avråder starkt till att köpa fler effektmätare mm tills detta är åtgärdat.
Buggy behavior but good when it works
Works well for the most part. I currently have smart plugs in 3 different rooms that I can switch on and off. However when pushing one of the smart plugs in the kitchen on or off there is a buggy behavior that affects the other smart plugs. Sometimes it turns one of the others (or all) on/off along with this one. Sometimes it only affects the other ones. And often I need to reinstall the plug for the app to manipulate it. Rather annoying set of bugs (especially when I turn the tv off for another family member when all I want to do is turn power on in the kitchen), but when it works, it works well. My solution now is to use Google Home whenever I want to control the kitchen plug, as it always works that way. That’s why I cannot give 5 stars right now.
