Hi Nedis, I have just recently purchased One of your WiFi kettles I must admit you a really handy app, it’s really handy, especially if I’m upstairs, I can control my device at a touch of a button. I have a BT WiFi Router which I’m trying to use with one of your products, which is a Wi-Fi kettle, which unfortunately I’m having trouble trying to connect. I’ve gone into my Wi-Fi router settings to downgrade the settings from 5 GHz - 2.4 GHz and still no success. So I am having to use my second IPhone to Tether a hotspot for your product in order for it to work. Will you update this app at any time in future to 5 GHz Please ?

Sorry to say not happy with the app and product.

Slow to move and needs updates often

Since the new update I cannot connect Nedis Camera with Fast Roaming enabled on my Wi-Fi network!! Please fix this

Got the Nevis smart video door bell as a gift from my daughter as being disabled it would help tremendously as I live in an upstairs flat and can’t always get downstairs in time when my door bell goes. This product has not worked properly from the day I managed to get an electrician to install it. He replaced the transformer as suggested in the manual it worked for approximately 7hrs then stopped. I have emailed Nedis at least 3 times each time it’s taken between 2 to 5 days for a reply a very basic reply at that...my electrician also emailed them and got the same basic reply they were telling us things we had already done (I’m still waiting for a reply from nearly a week ago. My daughter has now contacted Nedis reference a refund as we feel this product is faulty and all they say is contact whoever sold it to us to exercise the warranty! Absolutely terrible service all round. The product would be great if the after sale service was up to scratch or even in existence! Not been a pleasant experience

Fabulous App and so easy to use.

Ik gebruik de camera's als babyfoon ivm goed beeld! Is er ook een update voor de app op de Macbook? Het werkt voor geen meter op de macbook. Alleen op ipads tablets of telefoons helaas.

Ineens geen verbinding meer met de router… Ook niet meer aan de praat te krijgen wat ik ook doe, wat voor wifi signaal ik ook pak… Jammer!

Scenario’s werken niet en geen van de opties van de producten zijn te selecteren in scenario’s. Dus zou het werken dan ben je nog beperkt.Opzet van de app is leuk maar het idee er achter functioneert echter niet. Afrader en kies voor echte domotica.
