Slow to move and needs updates often

Since the new update I cannot connect Nedis Camera with Fast Roaming enabled on my Wi-Fi network!! Please fix this

Got the Nevis smart video door bell as a gift from my daughter as being disabled it would help tremendously as I live in an upstairs flat and can’t always get downstairs in time when my door bell goes. This product has not worked properly from the day I managed to get an electrician to install it. He replaced the transformer as suggested in the manual it worked for approximately 7hrs then stopped. I have emailed Nedis at least 3 times each time it’s taken between 2 to 5 days for a reply a very basic reply at that...my electrician also emailed them and got the same basic reply they were telling us things we had already done (I’m still waiting for a reply from nearly a week ago. My daughter has now contacted Nedis reference a refund as we feel this product is faulty and all they say is contact whoever sold it to us to exercise the warranty! Absolutely terrible service all round. The product would be great if the after sale service was up to scratch or even in existence! Not been a pleasant experience

Fabulous App and so easy to use.

Het is echt super ingewikkeld om de timer te gebruiken. Als het eenmaal is ingesteld kan het er niet meer uit. Geen verandering mogelijk. Zonder IT achtergrond niet bruikbaar. Alles gewoon handmatig aan en uitzetten is de enig werkbare optie. Aan de reactie van Nedis heb ik niks. Je moet het serienummer hebben dat op de doos staat. En die heb ik weggegooid dus is kan geen support krijgen. Echt heel irritant. En zelfs onklantvriendelijk. Dat ding zat bij mijn zonnepaneel. Volgende keer neem ik zeker een andere stekker.

De app werkt normaal tot volle tevredenheid. Sinds vandaag wordt het dagverbruik op 2 stekkers niet meer weergegeven.

Nedis lights and other devices will work for a couple of weeks or months, only to then suddenly decide to stop working, and in the case of lights, start flashing, sending you back to the initial pairing process. My Apple Watch ‘SmartLife’ app has stopped connecting to its associated phone altogether, and can not be persuaded to reconnect at all. Relatively cheap stuff, and it seems you get what you pay for. Don’t go all in on this system.

Er wordt geadverteerd en beschreven dat de wifi schakelaar geschikt is voor rolluik bediening. In de app is hier geen aandacht aan besteed. Het valt onder het openen en of sluiten van gordijnen. Best vreemd, want een gordijn opent zijwaarts en een rolluik omhoog. Hier had aandacht aan besteed mogen worden. Daarnaast zijn er nog best wat zaken waar aandacht aan besteed had mogen worden en daarmee ook uitleg gegeven mogen worden. Denk aan kalibratie en uitleg over de positie van de motor.

Dit had een handige app kunnen zijn voor visueel gehandicapten - maar de programmeurs zijn vergeten de knoppen te benoemen, waardoor VoiceOver op de iPhone en iPad niet te gebruiken is. Gemiste kans, terwijl het zo’n kleine moeite is…
