Nu har jeg købt flere enheder, bl.a brandalarmer og smartplugs, konfigureret dem osv. når jeg starter app, er der intet. Jeg kan ikke logge på. Der er en konto, der hedder “touristvgsom”. Hvis jeg vil redigere konto for at komme på min egen konto skal jeg igennem noget “komplet info”. Det prøver jeg så, men skriver jeg min egen konto får jeg at vide at den eksisterer, øhh ja men der er jo ingen steder jeg kan logge på. Bondefangere der tager røven på folk 😡
I use this app many times a day, and everything I own from Nedis works perfectly. But the app itself really needs an overall update. Many bugs and things that just not make any sense. I can’t set sensitivity for event streaming on my cameras, and setting a schedule is confusing with a timer instead an “from-to” option.. Dark mode don’t work when watching camera page, the page just gets white (also the settings page for cam). I love the functionality behind Nedis products, but app needs big update🙂

I bought 3 power adapters that can turn off the power directly from the socket. That way I expected to be able to save power by not having a PS5 and a TV for instance draining power all the time. It was supposed to work by wi-fi. But the issue is that the adapters lose connection to the wi-fi constantly even when placed 2 meters from the router. It was like having a 2nd job trying to restart them and make it work all the time. I am deleting the app and throwing my adapters out. Disappointed beyond belief.
Translation to polish makes this app unusable and it’s not possible to configure English just for app usage. This makes the Nedis products unusable as well. How can this app be released within simple test?
They were erased with iOS 16
Can’t switch between 2,4 and 5 Ghz. Can’t find wifi at all. Looks kike its 10 years old. Holy ****. Stay away from these bad products.
Please add landscape mode I ios 16.
My app is telling me to use the updated version, but which version? There is no other version at AppStore and I checked my app is updated.
