Net Status lets you get a fast glimpse of what is happening now with your hosts, routers and other network devices connected to the Internet or LAN.
The tool checks network services your hosts run for availability and presents the information in a convenient way in order to speed up the diagnostics of network problems. With Net Status you can quickly and easily determine which hosts and services are down from your monitoring list.
Net Status employs asynchronous algorithms that allow Net Status to operate really fast. Fractions of a second are needed to check a host with quite a number of running services. Even problematic hosts won't slow down the check process for a time much longer than a timeout you specify.

I like the interface and how you configure the services to monitor, nice and intuitive.
However, the app says “Net Status - Server Monitor”, but currently only the first part is true as it is not running all the time monitoring the servers.
For this app to be useful it needs to run in the background, checking the servers you’ve configured every 10 minutes (configurable duration) and then alerting you with a phone alarm when a service fails.
When the “Monitor Server” functionality is added I will upgrade this review to 5 star.
Works well, but looks unprofessional.
The app works well but it looks awful. I would much prefer the traditional Apple app look (like Maps for example) than this green theme. Once the appearance is updated, then I will update my review.

Why pay so much for this app when there free apps that does the same job even better. Fing is free and does yhe same thing with a better interface.

Top brill app does the job.
Speeds up troubleshooting
Very handy. Avoids the panic when calls come in. Allows quick assessment of extent of a problem. And being able to add custom ports is brilliant. If an iPad version allowed a quicker interface that'd be great, and synching server details in the cloud would make really valuable accross my devices.
