Verschrikkelijke app
Heb twee netgear routers. Barcodes scant ie niet. Zoeken op netwerk werkt niet. Waardeloos gewoon Interface is traag en bepaald niet intuïtief. Weet gewoon niet waar ik moet beginnen zoveel issues zijn er. Dat ze deze app durven aan te bieden!

Netgear waardeloos
Als je Netgear wilt kopen alles netjes in het Nederlands, eenmaal gekocht alles in het technisch Engels. Voor normaal Nederlander niet te volgen. Krijg melding updating, je kan doen wat je wil maar krijg alleen maar error installeert niks, niemand bij Netgear thuis voor in het Nederlands normaal tekst en uitleg te krijgen waarom dat niet gaat? Heeft mij €800,- gekost voor een product wat niet naar behoren werkt, daarom voor mij gaat dit heel vlug de deur uit en koop een waar wel service in het Nederlands is. Voor mij en ik kan alleen voor mij praten, is het waardeloos wat Netgear hier presteert. Kan misschien een heel goed product zijn maar dan moet je goed technisch Engels in computer taal goed onderbouwd zijn. Wens Netgear veel succes, maar niet voor mij.
Werkt niet
App ziet de wifi niet eens, laat staan alle connected devices. Waarom bestaat deze app???

Password
De af blijft hangen bij het vernieuwen van mijn password. Kam niet op ok deuken om verder te gaan, vroeger kwam ik in de instellingen zonder het password te veranderen als ik dat niet wilde. Nu moet dat en kom ik niet verder. Niels

App werkt niet meer
Na de laatste update iOS start de app niet op. Na beginscherm wordt app direct afgesloten.
