It's so amazing!
Initially it was difficult to get started and to get used to the process but now after more than halfway through the 21 day program I have seen such amazing changes in the way I think and process situations which would normally cripple me. Be sure to persevere on and push past the initial frustration and discouragement . highly recommended!
