App not working in UK
Your app is useless! how can I access my dashcam , if on login I cannot receive the code on my phone to confirm authentication!

Massive battery drain and over heating
I use the iPhone 15pm, the app is good and works but battery drain is terrible, and the heat generated can’t be good for the phone, I’ve done everything the recommended to try and fix it, once they fix the issue it will be a great app but until then not going to run the risk of the app destroying my battery
Battery/memory leak drains battery quickly
Works better on iOS but app drains battery quickly causes phone to run hot.
Change of opinion
Many times I’m driving and the cam stop’s completely, poor communication with OBD wires as the camera keeps getting it wrong understanding of vehicle motion. Contacted their customer services but felt like I’m helping them not like they’re helping me!Poor communication kills the purpose of this well designed product. 25/10/2023 App behaves funny, shows 18 minutes video but play random 2 minutes only upon click. This dash cam has gone unreliable for road trips sadly. It used to be one of best cam in the market. 30/01/2024 app still fails to store footages, shows 15 minutes and when i open the clip 5 seconds recording found! Not reliable.
One time code
I had the Nexar app for a while now, and it was working very well until I started having problems, I decided to delete and re install the app however now I’m unable to receive the one time code, I did call my provider and they said nothing was being blocked, I was hoping Nexar could send me an email with the code rather than using a phone number. Thank you!

I do have 2 sets of cameras and absolutely I would say they are amazing and very very clear clips, but one thing I would strongly suggest get a rear view camera as I have front and interior camera. So please try to manufacture the rear view camera. Thank you
App doesn’t work
The camera is good and I have no issues there, good quality and I like that it can record parking incidents. The issue is the app, it worked fine until I got a new phone (still an iPhone) and now it won’t download parking incidents. I contacted support and wasted hours over a period of days doing what they asked even though I knew the issue was not the camera. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it’s supposed to send a verification code to your mobile which has never come through so now I have no app. Honestly the software side of Nexar is really poor and I suggest you find a different dash cam provider!
Terrible camera and terrible app
Support is terrible and the dash cams are utter rubbish. Don’t work correctly and don’t save footage. When contacting support, they are useless and don’t help
Setting up was easy
Setting up was easy and linking to mobile was fine apart from the videos didn’t seem to go to my mobile so called customer service and within 5min the problem was solved and the lady was very polite and helpful Also fitted my existing hard wiring from previous camera
