Put simply, NEXO does everything it claims! I have been testing all its features daily from earning the min interest on all my Crypto to now becoming a platinum member and earning and borrowing at the top rates. The custom service help is real ( just write human in the help text box) and if you are sick of traditional banks ripping you off like I was and want to get a better deal then NEXO is for you. I highly recommend the free service. Just read the conditions and follow the instructions. I’m so very happy and wish I was aware of them sooner. Happy 3 rd birthday NEXO

Audited and easy to use. Limited to swaps in Australia otherwise it would be a 5 rating. Well done to the team.
Worst UX
Eager to sign up and stake various Crypto. Signed up via the app and confirmed email, then proceeded to confirm ID. Photo taken of my passport but then it glitched on the next page, I repeated the process 3 times but still wouldn’t let me take a selfie. Tried on the website and same issue, error and asked to use a different browser, I use Chrome, you should have no issues with Chrome. I clicked the help button after writing my problems to be met with a Bot. You don’t even have real people on hand trying to help customers sign up!? That’s crazy. I won’t be trying again. You lost me.
Cannot trade - Australia
Australians still cannot trade. You had us signup then you rug pulled the trading for Aussie’s. We made a deposit, yet cannot trade into any stable coins during downtimes. You should be paying us any losses. 180 eth turned into 55 as we couldn’t trade during recent market pull backs.
