Great app. Excellent customer service
I've been using Nexo for a few years now. Always excellent customer service and very good app functionality (occasionally there are outages but not often). I feel safe using it and it's certainly convenient. Shame that the 5 free crypto withdrawals for platinum tier is changing. I used to use it to transfer on Ethereum. But I understand that it's probably expensive for them to keep that going.

This platform advertised about staking some coins and after earning thousands year later they announced that sorry hut your country doesn’t qualify for the staking earnings)) simply deleted my earnings after 12 month..
Don’t send Avax
Reliable service if your outside the US. Been more than a year and still can’t withdrawal my AVAX! Unbelievable
Don’t use
Company stopped supporting US clients. Don’t bother with this app/“exchange” if you live in the US. They’re no better than SBF/FTX and I look forward to them ending up like Celsius.
This is the second time im rating this app 5starts!!!
They always listen to their customers and community and I can’t wait for Nexo Pro app to b released!
Don’t invest in Nexo
Nexo will stop you from being able to do anything with your crypto. They are the next FRX or Celsius and will screw over it’s investors!!
