I really love the UI and UX of NEXO app. The customer service is excellent and they have been serious since their start by not exposing themselves like other CeFi and improving all the time. Please NEXO continue to be an example in this industry.

The best crypto wallet ever
Fast, transparent, Lots of lots saving opportunities and wealth management
Good but must fixed term is too long
It is a good wallet to use but bad thing if you went for fixed term asset saving you can’t withdraw until term not completed and fixed term is too long.Decrease it and give option for withdrawal even for fixed term. One more thing it was working smoothly since last day but suddenly it crashed and still I can’t sign in and still facing same issue.Please fix it. Thanks ❤️ love from Pakistan

No way to login showing error and no way to contact support

I have been using Nexo wallet for almost a couple of years now and I have never faced any issues whatsoever be it withdrawal, deposit, exchange etc. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Cannot disable spam notifications
Everything works great except that the newly introduced *mandatory* daily notifications of “interest earned”. I want to keep being notified about card transactions for security but don’t want daily spam of how much interest I earned or any promotions. There is no way to selectively disable the spam and keep only useful notifications.
Nexo customer since 2019
They never let me down. I’ve acumulated a nice interest over the years. Took, repaid loans. Withdrawn and deposited funds countless times. This new redesigned app with the dark mode is such a pleasure to use.
