Customize Your Intervals, Your Way

A fully customizable interval timer:
Create your intervals. Specify reps, sets, colours and sounds. Tailor it to your purpose and needs. Minimal design and easy to use. Options for rep-based intervals and images.

Display options:
Choose to run your timer in a detailed view that auto-scrolls through intervals or a full-screen mode for a larger, easily visible display. Both modes support portrait and landscape orientations.

Visual details:
In detailed view, running intervals and sets are highlighted, providing a clear visual cue. For intervals with multiple reps, the highlighted area indicates the percentage completed. Set optional background colours on intervals for a visual cue. Light and dark mode versions are available and will adapt to your preferences set on your device.

Quick actions:
Set an interim interval that will automatically be added between intervals. Optionally, end your timer with the interim interval. Skip or backtrack through intervals using intuitive arrow buttons. Swipe actions allow for easy deletion and duplication of intervals and sets.

Simply the best

this is quite simply THE BEST INTERVAL APP AVAILABLE… hands down. fully customisable in every aspect and at the same time really easy to use. i experienced a slight bug with the sound months ago and got in contact with the developer (via the app) and they have gone well above and beyond in their attempts to fix it, maintaining correspondence and updating me personally throughout. i can’t begin to say how much this is appreciated.

Amazing App

The only app I found that allowed me to set different rest times and work times between each round, great job! Any chance the app will be available for Apple Watches?

Nice Simple App

Simple user interface, that allows complex intervals to be created, nothing unnecessary to get in the way of training. Only issue is there is no way to set a change over period between exercises, so the intervals just stop and start and you waste time getting into position. Option to set a 5 or 10 second ‘get ready’ period for each interval would be perfect.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for

Having tried a number of intervals apps none of them made it this easy to create relatively complex sets of movements with different timings between sets. Loving the app so far and can’t wait for further developments such as iCloud sync, set total time or copy a row inside a set only from the main screen. Keep it coming please!

Simple to use. Does exactly what I want it to do. Extremely cost effective.

A really great app

Interval Timer is great. It does just what you want it to do and it does it elegantly and simply. I had a couple of suggestions for improvements and the developer, Alysha, is so friendly and helpful - a real pleasure to find someone so committed to what they do. Well worth using. Tell your friends!

I really enjoy using this app. Simple but effective. Certainly worth upgrading to get the most from the app.

Basic app

99p is very cheap, however want you receive for 99p you will be more on a free app. Extremely basic app with no extra feature to ensure you use it!

App has many bags
