Bad login experience
The app does not support logging in with Apple account, even though I linked them long ago. So the only way to log in is to solve a few captchas, which is both extremely frustrating and bad for privacy.

◆ Checking the online status of friends
You can use your smart device to check whether your friends are online. You'll also be able to check what games your online friends are playing, and even send friend requests from within this app!
*You will need to use your Nintendo Switch console to accept friend requests and configure other friend settings.
◆ Using voice chat while gaming
When playing online in supported games, you can use voice chat with your friends via this app. How you use voice chat depends on the game and mode you're using - for example, when you split into teams in Splatoon 3, you can choose to use voice chat just with your team members so that friends on the other team won't know your next move.

How do I change my old account on animal crossing to the new one..if I have a new island? I cant understand it. If you help me, I wil rate you max stars! I acutally like this app, but just this problem is a bit annoying 🥲

Where did the chat go? Not the voice chat, the text chat. Please bring it back!
Make splatnet2 a separate app
Look switch online is garbage quit making monetization schemes and make online free and integrate voice chat as well make splatnet2 a separate app please and address “a communication error has occurred” that issue has been detrimental to me as I have been banned from switch online because of communication errors it sucks and end switch online once and for all as your video on the expansion pack membership got a ton of dislikes and I even disliked it myself so in short end switch online and make splatnet2 a separate app
Theres something wrong
After i changed my nintendo password i proceeded to log back on my nintendo online app. It didn’t work, when i got logged back in it logged me into an deleted account on my switch. 👎👎👎👎
App is unusable
The app gets stuck on loading after logging in

You should be able to se when and what games go on sale
As it stands now the Nintendo app has little functionality.
Bad connection
It would be easier if the chatting system was more like on DS and Wii/Wii U. I experienced alot of fallouts when using the app, so me and my friend used discord instead. It would always end the call If we ended one game and then wouldnt be able to easily go on to another game or communicate beforehand what we would play. This app makes us dependant on having the other person on another chatting plattform for this app to work smoothly. I do not recommend this app at all, and hope more people who feels the same as I do send in review and maybe Nintendo will improve this app or make an app for Nintendo switch e-shop that can work for chatting
