The app works well, but when I try to extend the play time available for a given day, it never seems to work. I have to remove the time limit for the day, which defeats the purpose of the app for me.

I can keep control of how much I play my game and know how long I play and see how many days I play of any of my games it’s 👍🏻
I have this app because I lack self control, thus it’s the only means by which I’m able to pull myself away from the console. It would be cool if we could set increments of designated play time, just so that users/kids can be rewarded after some sort of less than fun work done - reinforcement and all that. I don’t expect Nintendo to really look at these, but leaving a note somewhere makes me feel better, idk who knows. Maybe this will have some effect; probably not.

-you can't set different limits for different users, only the console as a whole -I need the option to add an amount of time of my choice. E.g. For doing a chore child earns 20 minutes of screen time--I have to manually set my own timer and enforce stopping when the time is reached, rather than simply adding 20 minutes to the Switch time limit and letting it time out when they're done.
My advice… NEVER TELL YOUR PARENTS OR DOWNLOAD THIS

A parent should be able to activate parental controls whenever. In my case, if parental controls have been switched off by entering pin in console there’s no way to over ride that with the app.
