This app is great except my kids come out of this very easy even with their temper proof. Called their support and no help except telling to ask the kids how they come out of very easy?

I’m fine with the app but bir like seeing who I’m talking to or doing or seeing my screenshots

Not quite what I had envisioned

My partner and I decided we needed more control and visibility on what my stepson does on his phone. He has ADHD and it feeds into a tech and screen addiction. He also acts very impulsively and has gotten into situations a few times with his phone. That being said after starting the trial and setting up his phone and conducting some tests I can’t say I’m impressed with this app. First and foremost the installation of the program on a device and how it is done worried me and might explain some of the reviews stating that people have become locked out of devices after unsubscribing from the app. I’m fairly certain there are some major modifications to the OS which could become problematic in certain scenarios. It feels almost like I’m “jail breaking” an apple device. Second, I didn’t find it very effective at identifying risky behavior. While running the app on my stepsons phone I sent myself message on various apps using expletives, content, etc that would hopefully set off alarm bells, nothing was flagged at all. No screenshots capture, nothing. Very disappointing. This app also does not seem to allow more than 1 family member to monitor the child. Both my partner and I, and her ex husband want to have equal access to the information so that when we need to take action, we can do so as a united front or discuss things that may seem like an issue to one of us, but maybe not the others. We are all responsible for our kid, and so we should all be able to keep tabs on him independently without relying on the others. Lastly I do not feel like this is an appropriate way to monitor and manage a child or teenagers behaviour. You are effectively forcing them to share screenshots or screen captures of what they are doing ALL the time while using restricted apps. Like sitting there watching over their shoulder or spying on them. I now understand the negative reviews from what are obviously kids saying they hate their parents for this app. There is literally ZERO privacy and you feel like you’re being spied on all the time. I can’t imagine the anxiety and stress that must put on a kid. We are very fortunate that our child is very open and transparent with us when he makes bad decisions and ultimately faces the consequences. These are learning and teaching moments. We warn our child of the dangers of the world, but we cannot hover over them incessantly or invade their privacy (within reason) as it creates resentment and an eventual backlash. I will choose an app

Love but issue recently

We have used and love this app for years. It is amazing for managing our kids screen time. However about two weeks ago Face ID stopped working and now I have to log in with user name and password every time I use the app. Please fix this issue!

Needs an update

This app was working great. Until the last update and now I ha e to Log in every time I open the app. Even with Face ID, I still have to use email and password log in. This is not acceptable. Fix the app.

Hello! My iPhone keeps on locking me out when I’ve only been on it for3 minutes and it keeps moving my apps around 😕 And sometimes it even shuts down the WHOLE phone which is very irritating. I’m sorry but this app has also given me Lots of anxiety cause when I’m texting a friend and Kidslox turns on, then I feel bad and keep thinking that they will hate me. My mom added it to my sisters iPad and the whole thing shut down and EVERYTHING was deleted. Can I please have a refund when we delete the app? Thanks and sorry

Useless - Waste of time

I had tried to pie the device on 3 different computers and kept getting stuck on the same screen and would not go further.

This app ruined my life ✨✨💗

Personally as a child I don’t disagree with my parents that I spend way too much time on my device, but having a whole app for it that can control the apps that you’re using is another level. Honestly I don’t like my dad that much anymore this app just sucks to be honest :D It makes me feel that you don’t trust me or whatever so to all the parents that are thinking to downloading this app don’t do it.Your child will hate you forever. Oh also to the creators, Great idea! Making children hate their parents 😘 Sending lots of love!! XOXO💗✨🥰

This popped up first in search. Never tried though, as after installing, I was confused by different app name than when searched. As looked into more, discovered it’s only a two month trial then becomes a paid subscription—uhh, no thanks!—wouldn’t have even installed if I had known! Very dishonest in it’s marketing! If one can’t trust the app clarify right off the bat, how trustworthy will it be once has access to family devices?!? PROMPTLY DELETED!
