Very nice

Install this app it’s good

Fastest GTD app out there

This is the most effective GTD app out there. It shines by ‘staying out of the way’. Other GTD or generic todo apps always distract me more than help me get stuff done. Thank you Nirvana team!

Disappointed

I heard this was one of the best GTD apps out there and at first sight it looked promising, but after playing around with it just 15 mins or so I was relieved I didn’t impulsively buy their overpriced subscription. I set a time for an task I just captured in my inbox then realised I had to manually move it to the scheduled tab, well ok, but it then it wanted to change the date to tomorrow. You can’t actually schedule a task for later on in the day, the date is greyed out! Overall the app is vastly lacking in functionality compared to other planner apps, and what it does have doesn’t seem to have been well thought out at all.

Love it! Great for GTD!

This app has it all! Simple but effective! Especially the connection between projects and next actions! But also the tags are well integrated. Well done! Important note: Docs, photo’s, etc. related to projects and actions I keep seperate in OneNote, Outlook mail and OneDrive. I think this is better than in your GTD lists (Nirvana). Keep it simple and keep stuff in the right place! Thanks Nirvana Team!

Sound of accomplishment

I really love this app. Its fantastically useful. Really has everything I need. The only thing I might suggest is perhaps a sound when you complete a task? I am really missing that rewarding sound of accomplishment when checking something off my list. Other than that I am really enjoying the app May thanks

The only todo app that keeps me focussed.

Love the stability and GTD true setup. No other app has done it this right. Yes there are some features I would like to have added, but they are not worth it if the system get’s worse. (Like other todo services). I keep trying other services, but keep coming back. Some people say the dev has stopped support. This isn’t true. (App was updated 1 day ago since this review is written) Thank you for this great app. It really helps me in my day to day life! Why this app is awesome? - Real GTD method implementation. - Workspaces/area’s differentiation. Uncluttered overview weather you want to busy in your personal life or work (or both). - Stability (been using it for years with no problems) - The key feature that no other task list has: differentiation between next actions, later, waiting for, etc. (No it’s not the same as just a label.) - This makes it great for use even without due dates.

Ideaal voor de GTD-methode

Alle functies voor GTD met handige opties en instellingen om Nirvana aan te passen aan m’n eigen voorkeuren en werkwijze. Bijvoorbeeld: checklist invoegen in notitieveld is handig om aandachtspunten op te nemen zonder aparte acties te maken. Mail naar Inbox en de vele sneltoetsen maken de tool erg efficiënt. Voorbeeldige help-functie: compleet, helder en toch compact, veel video’s. Na veel apps geprobeerd te hebben is dit mijn absolute favoriet, juist door de balans tussen eenvoud en flexibiliteit: wat je wil, kan; maar geen functie-overload.

Nirvana for Getting Things Done

Geweldige app. Ik gebruik de app zowel zakelijk als prive, zowel op de PC als op de Ipad. Wat zeer fijn is, is dat je taken naar je NIrvana account kan mailen, zodat je niet steeds de app hoeft te openen.
