The developers got to sell the company to people who wants to progress the app and keep it updated. What's the point of introducing Reminders when it doesn't work and sync with the desktop & web apps. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Loved the app for years. But recently not syncing between web browser and mobile app. Also, items keep reappearing in Next on one device when I’ve moved them to Scheduled on another device. Very annoying as I sometimes can’t remember which is the update device. Please address this.
Have loved this app but it is currently not showing inbox items or updating from the web interface. The web interface has become too slow to be usable and has now started crashing as well.
Nirvana is the best app for GTD that helps you stick to the correct structure that David Allen’s book ‘Getting Things Done’. It’s not the app for someone that wants to customise every feature; but as usual, by restricting to just the actual system, it works perfectly.
I use this app everyday. I’ve tried all the other platforms out there but this one works best for me. It’s GTD first, functional, nice to look at and cross platform. Need I say more?
Really disappointed by this app. It takes ages to set up your tasks and isn’t remotely intuitive. No notifications. No calendar integration. No priority flags. Very poor/ limited range of ugly colours. Forces all your tags into alphabetical order. No nesting of projects, tasks or tags. No natural language processing. No free trial for Pro so you have to pay just to try out repeating tasks - which can’t be completed early and there’s no option to repeat on completion. I wish I hadn’t bothered paying to try out Pro as it was so disappointing. This app made me want to cry with frustration and I won’t be using it again.
The idea behind the app is amazing and it translates GTD with precision. It seems like it lacks proper UX/UI though. Got frustrated at a point when adding a new task took me around 10 taps.
Nirvana is an excellent GTD app. It is the closest cross platform app to Cultured Code’s Things. Functionality is good and the sync is quick and reliable. The web app works well enough on the desktop. I do have 2 suggestions: 1. Please add badge icon to show how many tasks are in the Focus list. 2. Please make the display more compact when viewing a list. There is a lot of white space that could be better utilised.
Signed up and paid for app and now support don't reply to my issues. App is not working for me.
