The App is pathetic

It kept refreshing and not allowing to type any messages. Also video calls kept dropping. The messaging worked perfectly via pc.

The app is easy to use . Ordering me dine is awesome feature . But I feel medicine photos to be displayed I guess

Thyroid Nodule video consultation

I had a video consultation with Dr Agre to get a second opinion about a thyroid nodule. My experience during consultation was really positive. He was really patient and friendly in listening to my case as I have had my scans in UK and provided advise and medical insight where possible. He explained the problem in detail and advised treatment in detail which was helpful, reassuring and inspired confidence. Many thanks.

Poor service

Practo is a middleman and they do not sell medicine directly. They first take the money in advance and then look for a supplier who can supply in discounted price. They intentionally delay delivery after taking 100% advance. I advice not to use Practo for any medicine order. Their response is very poor. Once your money is paid then you run behind Practo and they only chat remotely through unqualified call Center agent. They even don’t cancel the order on your request neither you will receive any call from them. I have a very bed experience with Practo and please be careful with this company.
