Worst card

Too high conversion charges if you are a student don't ever buy it. I had 400£ this month showing in the acc but was only able to use 320 rest they all deducted.

Changes in rule every other day

I am in UK as a student and have fixed amount of money. I used to pay more than the outstanding balance of my credit card to increase the limit. This method is advertised by niyo global. But now I can’t increase the limit and the only way is to do is by depositing the money in FD. I have limited amount and creating an FD blocks my money. The frequent changes in rules is ruining my experience.

Claims no hidden charges but that’s not the case

I am an international student. I trusted NIYO despite the fact that few pf my friends told me not to go with NIYO card. This app deducts 10% TCS and returns-only 5%. This is a scam.

Guys please be careful very worst card I ever seen came to other country for studies with all money in niyo card now they stopped all international transactions. And in feedback’s I was seeing Niyo is saying to order credit card , where to order when there is no international delivery of card . How can you except us to take the credit card . Should I book a flight ticket to india and order credit card and says 1 week for delivery but takes 1 month and again rbi will stop credit card transactions too then again you will come up with some other card which is absolutely useless . HOWEVER, DEBIT CARD STOPPED ATLEAST INITIATE A INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FOR CREDIT CARD .THINK ABOUT PEOPLE WHO BELIEVED YOU .

Mobile number change

I wanted to give it a 5 coz it has everything and all features except for the MOST IMPORTANT feature to change mobile number. I’m facing this issue for almost 1 year and they have not added this functionality. I mean its a simple feature, if u can’t do it then give it to me. I’ll write u code 🤷‍♂️for this. Not just online they also don’t allow offline facility to change number.

Issues and charges are high

I’m an International student and I only have this card with all the money in it, can’t do international transactions as there are so many Issues with RBI and Charges are high can’t be dependent on this bank I was not able to pay my rent as the bank mailed me that all the international transactions disabled so was in problem and was not able to transfer my money ti any other accounts. Don’t use this card for international transactions or any other international transactions

Worst experience

I’m an international student, and I opt for NIYO as it had benefits but these people just blocked the entire forex transactions as per RBI guidelines and right now I’m stranded in England. Can’t even make a transfer to my home country. This is the worst banking experience.

SBM

Niyo Global please remove SBM bank. after opening the account in SBM bank they gave debt card. And suddenly saying to order credit card because all international transactions has been stopped. They are attracting customers before opening the account with benefits. And after changing the terms. Be careful before going to SBM. Thank you
