It’s been 2-3 days since I installed the app and also uploaded my passport n pan info but there app says info will be reviews in upto 3 hours…I am wondering if it was all to take my info and that’s all. Pathetic service, how would I even trust you with my money with no live chat support but just a bot assistant with fixed responses
Why don’t you release major update once in while. Don’t you have good developers team which gives updates every single day. And which are mandatory to use app.
Worst app. Not able to transfer my savings account money to another bank. Also, emailed them multiple times. No satisfactory response. This app is a SCAM. Don’t fall for the app

The story was so big which I cannot write over here. Coordination is soo poor. No prior notifications no emails of getting charged by NiYO credit card. And I was charged with total interst of 1 lakh rupees around. If I had know that I was getting charged I would have paid it. Everything was mess, I am totally vexed up with this service and never in my life I shall use Niyo. Now again they will ask me to tell the entire stuff and finally blame me that it’s you who didnot check. My account was on hold no emails, I was not notified How can a student pay 1 lakh rupees credit bill, when this bank is helpful for students. Simple one: I created fd to pay through credit card. I already had money to pay but Niyo debit was not working. But credit tution fee was not deducted from FD. And I was charged every month 40k as interst. Imagine if anyone in my place and if you know that u are getting charged for 3 months every month 40k, and already which you paid What would have you done ? I am truly hating this and very very disappointed
Really awesome service by niyo team , specially zahid, he helped me with my queries instantly and did lots of effort to solve my issue .
Worst experience i had with them. They promised to deliver card before time and delivery got delayed and i had to leave without the card sadly. On top of that there customer care executives not listen to the concern and say what they been taught. So its useless to waste time with them. Just order from some other bank and don’t stuck with these people. They are a total disappointment.
I’m waiting from 4 months also contacted customer care multiple times but I’m not in yet.
Delivery date of card is too late
Gets lot of spam on email and phone calls And dont allows to delete account and customer service ask to uninstall the account ! They dint asked me to open account before signing up Once u signed up - account gets open automatically and you cant delete the niyo global account
