Aesthetically it’s nice but whats the use if it lacks functionality. I overbought 4 tickets due to app tech error and now goodluck to me in getting a refund.

El pasaje de los trenes que es normalmente lo que yo uso esta que sube y sube, pero creo que deberían ser un poco más responsables con los horarios. Casi siempre están tarde o cancelan….. Deberían tener un método alternativo para estos casos, sea un tren alternativo o bus

I want to know why is it that if we don’t have Wi-Fi in the spot we in first we can’t purchase a ticket…than if we do have a ticket we can’t activate the ticket…my suggestion is get someone with a computer technology degree and fix the problem…we would really appreciate it…THANK YOU for any update…
There is this new torture they came up with: customer notice about tickets purchased on and after July 1 that pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to “my tickets”. Great user experience!
Go look at the LIRR train time app as it’s superior when it comes to user experience
To whom it may concern This app is so easy to use and understand. The bus schedule however, the information provided is often incorrect due to buses running late. I use the NJ Transit five days a week to and from work. I only wish that the buses would run on time, to avoid being late to work. Thank you, Sincerely Maria Conde
Bus schedule is impossible to figure out which gate you need to go to. Things constantly change and the app just says “trip info not available” you’re better off just using Apple Maps. Why do I have to pick a “zone” When purchasing a ticket? The app should automatically select the zone for us when we select our start and end point. The train schedules have gotten better over time and the tickets work fine but there needs to be more real time updates. The my train feature only works 1/3 of the time and there are almost always delays so arrival times are always inconsistent. (The app doesn’t reflect this) app will say train departed while it’s pulling into a station or is delayed Also why are the tickers expiring now? I’ve spent money and that ticket should remain valid until I need to use it. Just a pretty crappy money grab for a crappy app and consistently bad attitude workers. The ui as a whole is clunky ant not intuitive at all. Loses connection and randomly crashes all the time. For how much tickets cost and the volume of travelers using this app everyday I expect more -a daily nj transit commuter
