Camera app is bad, not able to see motion snapshot, hard to navigate in the timeline, snapshot are always out of sync, need to pay for people recognitions. (They never mentioned this when buying the camera). Detection zone captures any light annoying you with false notifications. I ended up removing notifications so it’s pointless having the camera

Good response from customer service .. Nooie itself is very easy and trouble free .. I love it .. would buy another one ..
Nice camera, sturdy and clear picture. Motion dection alerts really useful to keep an eye on my pet. Would like some better performance on the playback side of things as its not every easy to move around the timeline of the playback (no fast forward or rewind options and hard to skip to specific times).
We use our camera as a baby monitor and it’s great. We can see our little one from everywhere. Had a minimal problem and customer service is just Amazing.
We had been using our nooie and unfortunately had a pairing issue . I emailed nooie customer service and they got back a couple of hours later with some trouble shooting solutions . Unfortunately we couldn’t get ours to pair so they kindly are sending a replacement to us . Very helpful and kind customer service team . We love using the nooie and have been lost without it ! It’s great picture and sound to hear baby .
Can’t be logged into two devices at once. I would love if there was an option to allow the image/sound to override my phone and show on my screen. I’m not going to wake up to a push notification! And the whole point of having a baby monitor is to be woken when they need you. Changing settings on the app is so glitchy and you have to wait for the app to process the change before you’re allowed to move on. I had to contact my broadband provider to split my Wi-Fi into 5ghz and 2.4ghz. This wasn’t too difficult but just something to be aware of if you only have 5ghz available in your house. Customer support for Nooie however we’re very quick to reply and helpful in trying to find solutions. I love how you can have full range of view in the room. And the quality of the image is quite good. Sound is clear. Overall great little camera for the price but needs a few improvements.
Load of crap, very glitchy and doesn’t activate microphone when baby is crying. Need to get a new one now as this is useless! 😡
Easy to control all my nooie smart plugs using this app.
Works very well on my iPad, so I’m not sure why it has bad reviews. My only issue is that you can only be signed into one device at a time.
