Extremely distressing when I’m on the other side of the house using the app to notify me of my baby crying. . While folding washing I had to go back to where my baby was to discover he was hysterical. I have rest camera/app/phone and updated all software only for the camera still not notifying my phone. . Or the app not notifying my phone.

Before the update the app was working well however now the video recording option doesn’t work and the event log only captures a day instead of few days like before. Can you please fix that also would be great for the event log to capture sound sensor events

After 6 months of use it just randomly logged me out one day and started to look for email codes after hours of trying it didn’t work. Another 24 hrs later eventually got a code to log in but then I realised on logging in it lose the entire 6 months of pictures I had captured within the app. Horrendous service, logged wife out of her phone now and cannot add trusted device in the one logged in app. Cannot reach customer service. Just avoid honestly.

Was working but after the latest update I am unable to log in which makes this app useless

The app has two main issues that make it painful to use. 1) You can’t close your iPhone or background the app to make it easily work as an audio monitor like other manufacturers systems/apps. This makes it incredibly frustrating to carry around the house without bumping the display or multitask on your phone. 2) The app resets your phone audio volume when it connects and you can not mute it. Any attempt to turn the volume to zero just resets to back on. This makes it impossible to check on one child while you get another one to sleep because every noise will come through. If you try to use the monitor in the room to see where things are enjoy your audio feedback loop. Or if you’re standing by the door and can already hear it means there is extra noise late at night in the house you’re trying to keep quiet. I’m surprised IOS allows apps to override the volume on your phone like this but it absolutely shouldn’t be done.

Can no longer log in to my account after the recent update. This is our second of the monitor (first one inexplicably broke on Christmas Eve) and is now causing more stress. I’ve spoken to customer support who told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Have done this now 4 times today to no avail. I’m so stressed over this and at a loss as to what to do.

Can’t access since last update. It just keeps logging me back to the Home Screen and won’t let me into it

Can’t pick up the stream on my mobile the last week , keeps saying offline … followed all the instructions to try sort it … no joy

Only the last 3 videos in the “recents” option will play. All other say “the event file was not found please try again”

Terrible app, keeps crashing and logging you out. Not safe for monitoring your child
