Me gusta mucho esta app y el servicio que ofrecen. El hecho de tener a una nutricionista en un chat que te ayuda con todas las preguntas y revisa tus comidas es de mucha ayuda, sirve también para tu conciencia porque si comes mal sabes que no estás haciendo bien y te ayuda a comer más sano. Ajustado exclusivamente a tus necesidades. Ofrece recetas con los pesos que tú necesitas para llegar a tu meta y alternativas. Te ayuda además a hacer la compra de la semana. Un 10.

It’s really great to help with your weekly meal plan. No need to think of what you’re going to eat. The recipes are really tasty and easy to make and with the paid plans, there is a constant support from a nutritionist.

Helpful to understand where I’m going wrong
My nutritionist, Angela, is so nice and is teaching me where I go wrong with my eating. It’s great to be able to ask for some expert advice when I’m not sure about something.
Such a great app
I love the app. The plan I went for is for losing weight and the recipes are so yummy and easy enough for a beginner. The nutritional coach is always by your side guiding you and answering your questions throughout the journey. Really recommend!
