I am vegan and enjoy weightlifting and I’ve been struggling on my journey and felt so alone because I wasn’t fully sure if I was doing everything properly. It’s really nice to have a nutritionist guide me through and work with my chaotic schedule. They’re very personable which makes it harder for me to cheat (which is something I need). Taking photos of my food makes it fun to cook and I enjoy cooking now. The meals are so easy to make and the directions are very helpful. You can also up the number of people you’re cooking for.

I’ve tried a lot of different apps and companies to lose weight in the last 5 years. I can hands down say that Nootric is the best I’ve ever tried. They don’t try to push any supplements or products on you, the Nutritionists are responsive and help guide you so you can learn how to make healthy decisions on your own, and the app is so simple to navigate.

This app makes it easy to keep track of your meals. It has countless recipes that are easy to make. They have a nutritionist on board that can provide support.
Great service for the price
Overall it’s a great service. Takes the guess work out of eating and it’s regimented with interesting food. The nutritionist I’ve been working with is great. While there’s some capabilities that could be developed over time, like calorie tracking it more flexibility to select foods, it works, and you can always communicate with a nutritionist who responds within a day at the latest.
Healthy app
Nice app! I like the recipes they offer, the reminders, and the additional tips to eat better. I would like to read more detailed recipes though, some instructions are very ambiguous and not easy to follow. I would also like to have a better sense of the portions, I don’t think they are very clear. I believe this app is not American, some names for the ingredients are not from the US so I have to Google them.
