Utter dissapointment
For a foreign customer you are forced to download app to do an online check in. Nor the website is functioning properly nor the app. Provided information was accurate but did not work with first 3 try’s.

Great application from the great air company! This is very easy-to-use and useful app, where I can always find the fastest, cheapest tickets almost everywhere i want to. Thanks!
idiotic bugs.. regularly! :(
current version crashes on 4s (9.x ios), in app check-in from RIX not working even before (only web works now) + web check-in will not send boarding pass for wallet, pdf only!!! :( get your $h1t together Norwegian!!! :(((

Feil mengde bagasje på billetten
Etter at flyet ble kansellert og ny billett ble utstedt en dag senere forsvant innsjekket bagasje fra billetten. Umulig å få meldt dette til Norwegian
Bunnsolid & Veldrevet
Norwegian har beholdt sitt meget gode omdømme på tross for vanskelige tider. Norwegian er meget konkurransedyktig på pris og punktlighet. Selskapet har særdeles blide og imøtekommende medarbeidere som begeistrer oss reisende. Norwegian er til å stole på. Mvh Tor, for tida i Torremolinos.

Bånn i bøtta
Kom 25 før innlandsflyet skulle gå og hadde ikke rukket innsjekk på app fordi jeg satt i bilen hele veien til flyplass. Norwegian kan ikke skrive ut boardingpass på dette tidspunkt lett ril tross for at jeg enkelt hadde rukket gjennom flyplassen i god tid før flyet skulle reist.
