Noteful: Note-Taking on PDF

So when I got this on the App Store, like I was trying to go onto Photos because then I could make my own one so like it’s just a message because like I want to know how to go onto Photos so I can make my own cause all of the other ones I have done and so like you know when I got this app like I thought oh yeah, I’m gonna get a new app but then when I found it, I was like let’s go onto Photos to create my own but then I couldn’t so that’s just a message

I’ve been using this app for over a year, it started off really well, but I encountered problems with it recently. The app would not respond after using for a while. The text box is glitching, as if you did not type the recommended word that pops out, the part of the word you just typed would be deleted. For example, typing ‘application’ but recommended word is ‘apple’, the text box would be just left with ‘cation’. Hope these problems can be fixed soon, as this is quite frustrating.

I’ve used plenty of note taking apps including notability and good notes for various years each but noteful is definitely my favorite. One time payment, all the features you need and none of the bloatware that makes notability malfunction and goodnotes make your iPad heat up, drain the battery and take up all your storage. It’s great! The only feature I would improve is the google drive backup, since you cannot select nested folders to back up to.

I have struggled to get my Pro purchase of this app to sync between my iPad and iPhone but have eventually managed it a few weeks after purchase, after being charged more than once (and after I had given up and subscribed to Notability for a year). I’ll give it a go. Family sharing doesn’t seem to work though.

I’ve been using Noteful for several days. Started loving this beautiful app and already purchased the pro version. But I feel this app has 2 problems. The colours (e.g.: yellow) are not as vibrant as those of Goodnotes. I tried to change the colour using HEX codes but still, the colour output is poor (especially in the highlight option). The “Draw straight line” option is missing in the Pen tool. This causes problems during underlining in PDFs.

It’s very good for work and learning

Having tried several note taking apps this is my clear favourite for the iPad. Great UI , all the features I need, beautiful flow to the writing.

i found this app really useful when it came to revising. It has a bunch of cool + fun to use features, such as tape, there are no ads and its comperletery free! I love this app and use it all the time! Although, I saw an advert for My Daily Diary and it showed them opening an iPad and clicking on Noteful, pretending it was THEIR app! I really think you should look into that. Please take notice of this!

I have it on my iPad & Mac. Would really love it on my Windows PC. Have you got any plans to write the software ?
