• Make any handwriting beautiful with patented vector-based inking effects (US 9189695 B2) for fountain pen, ballpoint pen, wet brush and calligraphy pen.
• Offer many smart gestures to keep distraction away like cross/scrub to delete or circle to select.
• Easily customize pen color, thickness, brush type, and switch between favorite pen styles.

I have had an almost immediate and positive reaction to my remark below. My mistake. Notes Plus has a variety of pens, which is useful. Why did they limit that to 1 pen in Notes Plus X? Please add some pens.
A Big Fat 10 !
Quite a while ago, I reluctantly stopped using Notes Plus v6 because of its bugs and poor performance. However, I decided to keep an eye on its development. And today, that payed off - big time ! The all new Notes Plus X still offers all the features that have made it unique since the early days. There’s the sleek minimalistic non-distracting black-and-white interface, the superb vector ink engine, the multilingual handwriting recognition etc. What’s more, the new features in version X are evenly unique: a toolbar that can be docked, floating or even collapsed into what I would like to call a “medallion”, the clever hooking into the iOS file management system to create real document-type files, the iCloud integration etc. So far everything feels quite solid for what, after all, should be considered a “new version 1”. The developer / Support team are indeed all very willing to listen, so I’m sure things will only get better in the future. At least as far as I’m concerned, it’s Goodbye to Apple Notes and Welcome Back Notes Plus X !
