Works Fine on my iPhone 11 for a few things

I just use the 311 app mostly to look at the “suspended parking” days but submitted a request to replace street parking signs after a bike thief removed the sign and slid both of our bikes up and over the street sign post - bye bikes. Took 6 months for them to replace the signs, but still worth the effort to report because before you know it, 6 months flies by quick.

Absolutely terrible

How in the world am I supposed to report anything when this app can never find my location? Yes my location is on and I allowed the app to track me. This app is worse than Mayor Adams leadership!

Minimum viable app

Barely works and unfortunately NYPD and DOT close out the majority of tickets without action. In particular it’s frustrating that requests must be assigned a specific address rather than a pin on the map as you often can’t report the correct location, eg in a park or off-ramp. Updated review: Geolocation has completely stopped working with a recent update.

Amazing upgrade!

I love the new look and it feels a lot more responsive than the old version. Very intuitive and easy to use. Kudos to the developers and designers for bringing the app into this decade!

Horrible not user friendly and very very slow. Previous version was much better

Not user friendly and very very slow. Too many useless add ons. Horrible interface

New app is garbage

You can no longer file complaints on the app, everything gets directed to the 311 website which takes 2-3 times as long to compete the same tasks.

If only NYC responded

Illegally parked car on the sidewalk? 3 days goes by “couldn’t find the car”. Of course not, it’s 3 days. Sketchy homeless person who might be ODing on the subway platform. - one month goes by and then closed. It’s as if they aren’t even trying to police this city (they actually aren’t) App seems nice after the new update.

Awesome upgrade!

Terrible

NYC officials hate this app, and it shows here. Harder to use. Poor design and layout. All means less complaints. Trash.

App stopped working after update

Not surprised that they didn’t do enough testing before launch
