Love it!!! Use it daily, but have a few suggestions
So happy about the new stats for Spelling Bee. But I would love some more variety like in the stats for Wordle. For example the percentage (of the games played) you have reached which level. So that it’s possible to have some pride in more than just reaching “genius” level.. 😅👌

Ok App- Poor Customer Service
The app has problems with more complex puzzle themes, but generally it's ok. I had some issues with puzzle packs disappearing, and contact with the boys in Ontario was unsuccessful. It's easier to get an audience with the Pope than receiving any attention from Magmic. So, my advice to anyone purchasing this app is caveat emptor. One thing is for sure- Magmic is just crazy about pop-up ads for their own products on a paid-for app. Five times a week, I get a "special puzzle pack" promo when trying to download the daily puzzle. Perhaps I'd be interested if I were a teenager, but I don't think that the majority of the users here were born in the 90's. Someone should take the marketing manager and have him actually meet some of the apps users. But again, I am sure that Magmic doesn't care what the customers think. They have a monopoly on the NYT Crossword, so who cares? Pay, or go away.

I am addicted to the crosswords and the wordle and the connections.
Hard to type
I don’t know why the keyboard input is so weird and off from a standard keyboard, but this app is constantly typing the wrong letter in Wordle and hitting letters on Strands that I haven’t even touched. It’s weird and it’s been like this for over a year.

Puzzles worth subscribing to
The puzzles are reliable and have the right variety of easy to hard across days and puzzles. Strands and Connections are good and worthy additions. The addition of dark mode for almost all puzzles was long overdue for those of us who play at night. Just add dark mode for Sodoku, please, and this will be a 5-star app.
