Even after buying the subscription the app connected once. Right after I paid for the app. Ever since it does not connect. Worthless money spent on nothing

Be prepared to pay.
You can’t even clear codes with this thing without paying. This app is a rip off for the average person. Maybe if you’re a mechanic it makes sense but I’m not paying a separate amount for each function in the scan tool, I’ll just use my old school scanner. Uninstalling
Abs and traction lights randomly pop on and off
Thought this app would help diagnose why this happens but doesn’t.

I have tried for 3 days to get customer support. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt

App sucks
Bought two different Bluetooth adapters that are on the list of approved adapters and both of them wouldn’t connect through the app. Downloaded a different app and it worked first time.
Disappointed
I got this app a really long time ago, caved and purchased the upgrade. I haven’t used the app in a while, but when I opened it it has gone to a subscription based fee and no longer have access.
