I purchase this mainly for the sport display, wireless CarPlay and lane keep assist, like their advertisement. But non of these feature works on my 2018 Audi S5. Other changing features can be easily made through your MMI system which you will not have to pay. Plus their app are not buyout, you pay credits each time you make changes, even you are just changing it back to original value. Paid $300 and get nothing changed, definitely will ask for a refund.
My credits that I had previously bought disappeared and trying to contact customer service was impossible. All they had was a chat bot and when you selected to talk to the service team, no one got back to me. I had to buy more credits.
Will not clear or reset fault.

Don’t waste your money. Tried 5 apps all didn’t do a single thing. You also pay every time you want to change a setting, you’d think for the money you could actually own the feature you paid for. Waste of money.
No free credits. $200 code reader. Simple features like reset modules and freeze data is $80 a year. And $30 for coding mirror tilt.
All the negative comments about “Credits” are people who dont understand VCDS or VagCom. OBDELEVEN allows One-Click Coding which does cost Credits but this does not mean you cant Long Code… what they don’t realize is that Ross-Tech (VCDS) only allows long coding and no pre-coding. OBDELEVEN is just as good as VCDS, its just different.
Should of done my research into this. They changed it and you no longer get any credits with the PRO bundle, will have to long code most things I wanted to change on my S3. Disappointed will not recommend.
If the apps were just one time purchases I might be fine to spend $20 to buy 100 credits so I can occasionally toggle an app on / off myself. As it stands I’d have to pay like $80 for a subscription In the past when I bought the device that was somewhat ok, you could watch an ad to get a credit. If there was like a $100-$200 lifetime subscription that gave me 20 credits a month or something that would at least be reasonable. Or if everyone got 10 credits / month free or something… As it stands though for an individual user who might want to toggle apps on / off somewhat often this device / app doesn’t make much sense.
I wasted $60 for video in motion and still doesn’t work! I want my money back!
