Not working!
I paid for the credit to add and remove some fonction but it’s not working. I called Apple for a refund the told me that they can’t do anything about it. 45$ lost juste like this. I did used the rest of the credit.

Update is a scam for first gen
Don’t download or update this app if you have first gen. After update nothing is working and you will have to buy their new obd device. First gen already paid for your device plus pro you doesn’t care about your first supporter?
Doesn't work with first gen
Says it works with first gen or next gen in the app description but it does not work with first gen device.
An excellent diagnostic tool
Works very well. A full-featured diagnostic tool for many brands of cars. Especially useful for VW group products because it supports SFD unlocking. Be cautious about using the “apps” (scripts) that automate certain actions. These are provided by the user community, not the developers. Some work, some don’t. Best to pay the additional annual fee to enable full functionality.
Non of the apps are working
I purchase this mainly for the sport display, wireless CarPlay and lane keep assist, like their advertisement. But non of these feature works on my 2018 Audi S5. Other changing features can be easily made through your MMI system which you will not have to pay. Plus their app are not buyout, you pay credits each time you make changes, even you are just changing it back to original value. Paid $300 and get nothing changed, definitely will ask for a refund.
Customer Service
My credits that I had previously bought disappeared and trying to contact customer service was impossible. All they had was a chat bot and when you selected to talk to the service team, no one got back to me. I had to buy more credits.

One click apps do not work at all
Don’t waste your money. Tried 5 apps all didn’t do a single thing. You also pay every time you want to change a setting, you’d think for the money you could actually own the feature you paid for. Waste of money.

No free credits. $200 code reader. Simple features like reset modules and freeze data is $80 a year. And $30 for coding mirror tilt.
