Since the rider was taking too long I canceled the ride.. He kept calling me like 10 times.. I had to block his number.. scary

They increase the pricing as they please in middle of drive. There is no set rules as such. Today I took a ride which started with 354 npr the ride ended with 596 I was so shock . It was un expected and felt like thieving . I am very much dis heartened and I would never recommend this ride share app.

Hi, I like pathao but sometimes the rider charges extra.., Mostly phone pay to phone pay will not cut you any charges. If you pay it on/with mobile bank, they will charge you 10rupees extra and funds start from minimum 100rupees these days … So my pathao fee was 75 rupees, sometimes you don’t have cash… but you can have online payment options. Phone pay or mobile bank. If they don’t have phone pay, they will tell you to pay it on their mobile bank ac which i have to transfer 100rupees and transfer fee 10rupees extra, and is total 110rupees, right!? I don’t understand why they argue when i ask for give back the change!! Behaving poorly and wasting time, telling me to look around for money change ..

They offered me a ride on offer for 2 rides worth 100 rupees, which is valid till 26th of May. Which I tried to use today. Unfortunately, the existing message tells me it’s invalid. Everything is hard for me to process. Technically, it's a scam for Patho users. Stop sending us fake discount promos.

Worst delivery system almost 2 weeks still parcel deliver hoi nai

Being first time user of the app I am very satisfied with the experience. Very easy to use app. Well designed However I would like to provide feed back for further option. If there was an option to schedule pick up. Either 1or 2 hours booking in advance or even 1 day or 2 days in advance. Which also saves time as well. For job security a safety deposit can be applicable for advance booking. A notification can also be sent via message for the rider to let them know about the booking for two days daily until the due date. If the rider cancels the booking some portion of the advance can be taken off as a cancellation fees. I think this would a very useful tool for the app. Thank you Regards Abhishek

The amount of notifications you send is obnoxious. I would disable notification for your app but again i need it when i call for rides. Your advertising and promo alerts are getting more and more irritating reduce the amount of alerts you send.

Poor costumer service

This my 4th time using Pathao, each time hard to find correct location on map! My home address also can’t locate/ set it to correct map address! N every time, they charge more than the set charge! The worst is the latest ride that I’m taking now, we booked a taxi n waiting for it more than 15 mins, we decided to take a small stroll as the car in map was too far to reach to pick-up location! After few mins we came back to pick up location n wen I check the app, found out that the charge was increased!!! Why the hell the charge has increased when the taxi hasn’t even arrived at pick up location n neither we changed the pick up location??? Also, why every time the charge is increased at the end of the trip???

I love pathao service. But it needs to be go little bit outside of ring road like khadga gaun and Thapa Gaun …
