You can’t actually purchase anything just look. You can’t buy anything on any of their platforms the payment always refuses. Even if you have extra in your account it still refuses asking for help is the useless bot telling you to check all your details. Don’t bother downloading it waste of time there are plenty of better sites to buy dresses from that are also cheaper
I love oh Polly don’t get me wrong! All their dresses are beautiful and worth every cent but this app NEVER allows you to actually checkout. Says items are still in stock and allows you to add to chart but then when you go and try and checkout it says it’s out of stock?! But you can still add your size to your chart over and over again even after that because it’s still up on the app?! It’s a Cleary a bug but it just never gets fixed. I’ve missed out on countless sales and outfits from trying to buy through the app. So honestly don’t bother with it because you’ll only be disappointed! Just use their website
I love the site! This app makes it easier to impulse buy that’s for sure but it never lets me check out it just comes up with a blank page
Cute outfits and clothes but wont let me create a wish list or add anything to wish list either, just keeps loading and never fully loads
I have historically used the app without any problems but over the last month I am constantly put into a loop the never ends when going through the payment options whilst checking out to purchase my items. I have used the chat bot to try and resolve it but not very helpful and so frustrating!!! I’ve often ended up not buying the items as it’s proving just too difficult to do so!!! Very disappointing!!!

The app is quite annoying. I dislike having to put my order reference to view an order when im already signed in to the account! Overall it doesn’t work very well
Oh Polly is my favourite online store. It’s easy to navigate , love their clothes and it’s easy to get through to customer service.
