Frustrating app

I love oh Polly but the app is frustrating and it throws you out, always saying errors so easier to go through Google search

Bad app

The app is quite annoying. I dislike having to put my order reference to view an order when im already signed in to the account! Overall it doesn’t work very well

My favourite

Oh Polly is my favourite online store. It’s easy to navigate , love their clothes and it’s easy to get through to customer service.

Wish list in app seems to never work

Wish list and favourites never seems to load and I have deleted and reloaded it and still nothing

Never works properly

It doesn’t load my favourites, it doesn’t load videos that reviews have left. It’s a really poor user experience. The website is much better so it’s pretty sad that the app is in such a state.

Website is terrible. App is terrible. Removed my discount code AFTER I purchased my item. Absolute joke

Wish list doesn’t work

I love the clothes etc but the app isn’t great. The wish list doesn’t work on my phone, even after the most recent update.

I cannot get into my favourited items at all, all it does is sits on a continuous load and it’s been like that for ages not happy

THE APP IS TERRIBLE PLEASE FIX IT

PLEASE CAN YOU FIX YOUR APP A LOT OF TIMES IT IS HARD TO FIND ITEMS OR SAVE ITEMS TO YOUR FAVOURITES AND THE APP IS SLOW. I LOVE OH POLLY BUT I WISH APP WAS FIXED I ALWAYS HAVE TO SHOP THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
