I should have read the comments first. Not only the app is not able to deliver what it says it does. It asks for a ton of your information only to reach ZERO benefit. It’s a calorie calculator… unless you pay more. It probably prays on insecurity of people. After I saw what I got. Spoiler alert, it wasn’t a personalised plan. I wrote to them only for them to respond negatively and strictly about giving me refund. If that’s not a scam I don’t know what is. Be careful people
I cant even find the app in my subscriptions to cancel it and they have also a term that even if you delete your data doesn't mean that the subscription will be terminated. Be careful i just paid 38€ for the trial period.
I started a free trial, and then I paid a small subscription for a couple of months. When I tried to cancel my subscription, the app kept redirecting me to pay the new subscription of 69,60€ and there was no way to access my profile and cancel it within the app. The app kept trying to charge me every day and I didn’t have access to cancel it. Also I tried to cancel the subscription via my Apple account but I couldn’t find any subscription there. So I decided to entirely delete my data and uninstall the app. And they keep trying to charge my card for over a month now!! This is so unacceptable. I have already sent an email to their support explaining the situation with all the details and asking to stop trying to charge my card but they keep trying to charge me!! For goodness shake just ask from your dev team to contact your payment provider and CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY!!
This app is definitely a scam. I downloaded it and bought a monthly plan. After a few days, I realized that it did not offer what it was advertising, so I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Two months later, it charged my credit card without my permission.
I purchased it for a week (approx 5€) to check it out and several days later I got a charge of approx 18€ without me even opening the app. I have hardly ever used it and now I don’t even know how to stop this because inside the app it doesn’t tell you your subscription details. It says “ If you want to cancel your subscription, please go to the App Store settings” but my App Store does not even list this as an active subscription. SCAM.
There isn’t diet attached and program for training. Bad refund policy. I’ve deleted even they didn’t return the money.
I tried to unsubscribe and is impossible. I followed the directions and the steps are not as they said. Really is the first time that an app is made in a way to grab money only. Unbelievable.
I promise to my self to write negative reviews until I get my money back from this fraud!!!!!
I asked for 3euros trial period , I paid with PayPal 3 euros and within a second and without my permission or asked they canceled the 3 euros and charged 79 euros. It is a total fraud.
They said free trial with only 0,50 the charged with 79,20€ my credit card and they don’t respond my email they respond with a robot!!and I never received any diet program…είναι απάτη προσοχή μην παίρνετε καθόλου την δωρεάν συνδρομή με 0,50 σας χρεώνουν κατευθείαν 79,20 Κάντε αμφισβήτηση συναλλαγής μέσω της Τράπεζας σας!!!και επιτέλους κάποιος να κάνει κάτι με τους απατεώνες εδώ μέσα!!!
