When I first got One Roof back in 2021 I thought it was pretty good. All the updates since then in my opinion have been horrible. I’ve mentioned it to neighbors and they pretty much agree. The look of it is not what it used to be.
$5 deposit to grow app for developers a joke
“Avoid waste?” Avoid deez. It’s not even about the $5 as it’s a small amount it’s just super weird to ask potential users to fork over a pittance for use of your app and yes I know we would get the deposit back.
Dead app
They deleted my group when I’m trying to make their app be used by neighbors. Don’t bother with this app.
Doesn’t work
Will not pull up my building and keeps saying “there was an error while adding resident to building” It’s very frustrating this doesn’t work.

New version is great. Last version was horrible.
I changed my rating to 4 from 2. New version is plain and meaningful. Easy to navigate. Last few versions had too much colors and unnecessary pop ups and was super confusing to navigate. Please don’t mess it up again by adding unnecessary bells and whistles.
Usually decent - erroring now
Just got the app in September 2023 and it worked just fine. I’ve updated and restarted (March ‘24; current iOS) and the app opens with Terms of Service prompt, followed by gray - I see the bottom menu icons (asks, building group, chat) but none of them go anywhere. Idk if it’s a timeout or what, but the app is not functional.
