Doesn’t work, customer services have stopped responding
This just doesn’t work (I’m in the UK on EE).
I was able to receive messages but anything I sent wasn’t getting there.
I contacted customer services who claimed that they’d tried it and it was working but it doesn’t work at all.
I’ve told them this and they’ve now stopped responding at all. Please don’t waste your money on this- it’s either really faulty or just an outright scam.
Can’t send any messages
This app is horrible I sent over £35 and I still can’t send any messages, tried to speak to customer support they are saying to reinstall which I’ve done many times and still nothing, waste of money.
Gone down hill
I’ve had this app from the very start of it’s unveiling, it used to work great now when I make a call the number show as my caller ID isn’t the number on all my business communications ( it’s is a generic number that looks like a call centre number) so this is proving detrimental. I had three different numbers now down to two but I’m looking for an alternative to switch to and asking for a refund. If not I’m contacting Apple with my complaint, this is tantamount to false advertising and as such this app should be removed.
Unreliable
I have had this app for a week now and I became suspicious that messages were not getting through so I ran a test. Out of ten message, one reached the recipient. I would NOT rely on this app, especially for business.
5 star to 1 star in less than a month
I am downgrading this all from 5* to 1*. Reasons: 1. The outgoing calls are being received by the recipients on number starting 02 - Yes. Not the mobile number I’d purchased 2. They withdrew support to make calls from the PC using their webapp. This app was an ace product but it is utter useless now
Same issue again and the receipts are receiving calls from +44 20 3375 3565 instead of the mobile number I purchased with them. Pathetic support. As good a putting your money down the drain.
Great when worked! But stopped working
Great second phone line when worked but noticed business went quiet, few weeks later realised the phone number had stopped working(!) No contact from On/off to say it had stopped working or their was a problem and took days to get answer to what had gone wrong, gave up in the end as took too long to sort and left the service. Shame as such a great idea. On/Off seems a very apt name as one minute the number was on, the next Off. Shame.
Zero support and the line doesn’t work
I paid for nothing. A UK number. I didn’t received any calls because the number was inexistent. I sent several email and nothing. No answers. No fix. Nothing. I just lost my money!
Almost there
Doesnt work very easily. When in France all good. The minute I am in Italy, I can’t call out tho I still receive calls … hmmm.
Slow and not good
For an app that is “premium” and which asks to have paid for numbers, you’d expect them to “validate” you to use the app fast, except they don’t. They take their sweet time, seems like days for you to even activate a phone number to use it. I still haven’t had mine activated. Absurd! Some other apps do it in matter of minutes.
