## Onsitego Reviews in India

### *---- "Worst customer experience"
If you are getting a phone insurance from them, be ready to wait for 10-12 days for the job that can be done within 2 hours. My phone was repaired by the service centre next day but they took more than a week to deliver my phone back which should take them 1-1.5 hours from the service centre.

### *---- "Never Buy warranty from on site go !! Scam !!"
There was small error in internal part of my washing machine , it stopped rotating . So as my product under warranty . I called them and from Onsite go , 1 technician came and did repair but voice was coming from it . I said that it’s not completely repaired and it should not harm the machine. Technician said no, the voice will slow down in 1,2 days . There is no harm in using the machine. It happened in 24 August . Then again after 2 days machine stopped working , same technician came and this time , he said other part got damage . Then after 4,5 days that part got repaired . Again same thing happened but this time New technician came and said that earlier one couldn’t understand it and damage the other part . They said that this part will take time and you have to wait . I don’t know they said that give us 500 rupees we will repair it . I gave then again same thing happened . Their so called inexperienced technician took 15 days and in starting they receive call and took our machine part with them and after 10 days they stopped picking calls. I again called to Onsite go . They literally don’t understand other person problem. They have taken more than months . I don’t even remember how many times I have called them to repair but still till date . They are harassing me , every single time they extend date of repair . From 1 to 7 then 12 then 19 now 23 October . They are doing fraud .. don’t buy from them. No matter how much you spoke to them , I even said I will go to consumer court but still it doesn’t effect them .
