I had an extremely disappointing experience with On Site Go. Not only is their service the worst I’ve ever encountered, but their so-called “warranty” is essentially useless. From the start, they showed poor professionalism, and things only got worse.
After they initially “repaired” my AC, it broke down again within days. When I reached out to use the warranty they promised, they were unresponsive and evasive.
If you’re looking for reliable AC service, stay far away from On Site Go. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company instead!

Worst service ever I have seen. I suggest you to not use Onsitego service even it’s free for you.
It’s a scam l.Don’t buy it.
These people are scammers at best. I purchased extended warranty for my AC and fridge.
For a trivial issue of coolant leak in AC, they kept on taking 24-48hours for each step.
Technician who visited was clueless and simply washed the AC and then told that other team will come for repair. All in all I wasted my 4 days before getting frustrated and now tomorrow I’ll go to a local shop and get the repair done. I was a fool that I bought this stupid extended warranty. Had I know they are a third party, I would never have taken it. Pathetic experience.

Complety scam company firstly they give you there insurence then they as you for co payment for the repair , then they don’t resolve the issues
If your iphone is damaged by dropping the just only change the glass not the body even it has any type of imapact on the body ,, when they give the policy they promise to make the repair of the phone if it is in any condition and if it is not in the repairable condition they will replace it but in real they just make a jugaad of your phone just replace the nominal things and put all the other stuff such as the back body , side penal dents or other heavy impacts made during the fall of the phone as cosmatic damages . Example is me
I have i phone 15pro i had an policy with the onsitego my phone got drop from bed and it got major dents in the side panel and deep scrathes in the side and the back glass got broke but in that condition they will not change the back panel insted they just only change the back glass and charge u for rupees 8500 for it as co payment charges .. my phone has much more poor condition as compare to when it was broken.
They are just making fool of people . I visited the store they do the same thing with all of their customers .

Tv display full of scratches after repair
I received my TV full of numberous scratches on the screen, refused to take the TV in this condition they took it back for repair and still the issue is pending keep getting messages of dates extended for repair
Huge disappointment
It’s a been a week and nobody visited even after 15 calls . Only postpaid works here but if you have purchased warranty beforehand like me - then best is to leave to it to GOD because Onsitego will not come for sure .
