Before regretting im requesting everyone to not go to this ontrack bike rentals.
Extremely Disappointed with your service in bengalore Hub, i took an new 6G activa for rent yesterday and yesterday itself the scooty stopped and not even moving now i came to the Hub for help they said we are fixing and they just unplugged the fuse and re plugged it and said now its don, but before i move from the hub its again not starting, do you think i have paid 5700 for this and time waste ?

I made the payment twice. The first payment was successful from the bank’s side, but the app didn’t confirm my booking. So, I paid again, and this time the booking was confirmed. However, I still haven't received a refund for the first payment. I've followed up with customer service multiple times over the past month, but no one is resolving the issue. This is unacceptable. The condition of the bikes is also terrible. I highly recommend choosing other service providers.

However lucrative the price looks, stay away from this repair shop(rental service). They hardly have any vehicle in even starting condition. You are going to waste half the time calling rescue services for being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Even if you have to pay a bit more, you can save a lot of headache in choosing any other service. I had to go through a month in hell because of the these guys. Avoid avoid avoid.

The staff of the delivery point in koramangala was very bad.

Took a vehicle Vehicle didn’t start- Battery died Application doesn’t work - basically some functionalities are dummy . And the customer care service have time availability It’s not as per what it’s given in the application / website they follow a different timing My recommendation please don’t go for it

Have been using their bike for 7months. Most recommended it’s good to go
