I think Ooba should update their app. Banks are starting to offer 25 year bonds and their repayment term selector only offers 15,20 and 30 year bond periods. Please catch up to current trends.

Incomplete info
This app is more of a thought starter, getting you to consider certain topics and questions but is incomplete. In the FAQ section for example, each question ends with ‘read more’ but the links don’t lead you anywhere. I the News tab, they share headlines and allude to providing more info but there isn’t any. I’m yet to use the calculators as I wanted to read and get tips on the process first.

All you need in one place!!
This app has really great benefit to any property owner or potential buyer providing sufficient tools to get the answers you need. I really love the fact that there is a news tab seeing as so many people wants updates on whats happening in the property industry or even so the financial industry in terms of property. If you don't have this app, you are most likely not in the loop of things and missing out!!
