Last update

I don’t know what you “fixed” in the last update, but ever since installing it on my iPhone 13, my app won’t ring. I just get a pop up telling me I have a missed call. It feels like almost every update that is done breaks more than it fixes. The one before this made it so when I’m looking at voicemails in the list, every number is listed as “unknown”. I have to dig through the call history to find the number. There is also a noticeable (2-3 second) delay when talking on the phone that gets worse and worse the longer I’m on a call. I think it’s about time to find a new phone system.

The App is laughable at best

Ooma on the go app

Hello I have been using our Ooma business phone system for several months now. And, it has been everything that we desired and wanted. We have the desktop phone for our in office set up, and the mobile app for when we are away and need to handle calls remotely. Oh, and there is the Ooma computer app which allows us to even use the phone even when we are away from either our desktop or mobile phones. I do work mainly remotely as I travel around, and for me this has been a great choice and its done all it said. Now as a former customer service rep, I critique others as often make contact to companies via their customer service. Well, has been excellent and I’ve called on several occasions to find out how to her something done or set up or whatever I’ve need. Their customer service has been very very helpful each time I’ve called in. They’re very respectful easy to talk with and patient and so very courteous. So if you’re looking at Ooma as a possible choice, well they done great for us! Oh and one last thing. One of our business partners is an attorney and when I told her I was considering Ooma for our new project, she told me her law firm has been with Ooma for around 7 years and they’ve never had any issues. So there you go! “Go Ooma, it’s a great way to go!”

Finally this latest update fixes the major lag slow app response. It was so slow to switch between calls and voice mail. This update today seems to fix it. Thank you

AWFUL APP..TERRIBLE LATENCY!!

Disappointed Customer1985790 on

Use someone else. The latency on the app is absolutely terrible. Despite confirmed faxes going to my fax number I get 3 or 4 voicemails that the incoming fax dials to. Between the latency and fax issue directly affecting productivity and frustration. USE ANOTHER COMPANY! DO NOT USE OOMA!!!
