SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

Oomph is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, or every few months, depending on the selected monthly option.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Read our full Terms and conditions & Privacy Policy:

AWESOME KICKBOXING TRAININGS!

Highly Recommended!!!! I’ve been using OOMPH for a couple of months now, it’s one of the best apps for training I’ve encountered and DEFINITELY THE BEST if you’re into kickboxing based workouts! There are 5 days of training per week (but you can do more days or less days) and each training is super original, they start with the basics and progressively add the moves as you go! You can also choose how many rounds per training you want to do, so 10 rounds for example is 30 minutes, and if you haven’t had enough you can always add more rounds as you go ;-) I always wanted to try kickboxing, did at little a the gym sometimes, but I never had the right technique, nor did I know what I was doing, Michael and Jenny from OOMPH app literally taught me the moves and I got extremely hooked on kickboxing thanks to these guys, it’s incredible! There’s a 14 days free trial period so give it a try!!

Great martial arts based fitness app

I want to write some of my feelings about this app, using since 6 weeks ago, almost completed white belt. I’ve been practising martial arts almost all my life. What’s good: - Simple app with an almost 1 year non-stop weekly program (5 different sessions every week) and stimulating by achieving degrees and belts - Dynamic sessions (full body, legs, upper body, cardio hiit and abs) with great intensity and smart mix of conditioning exercise with strikes - Good teaching of strikes (the form of kickboxing-muay thai) and visual on the app - good pace and becoming a martial arts HIIT home workout, very efective. Lights and shadows: - Every session consists of main workout with eligible number of rounds (3min each) between 5 and 20. But designed primarily as 10 rounds HIIT (30 min workout). If you’re an advanced trainee this kind of workout (among others in a complex program) should be this long or 15 rounds. Other skills must be other kind specific. - If you want to do more (almost 60 min) just add rounds, but app will repeat them from round 10 and you could get bored with (same exercises) Worst: Every session has a main workout and cool down (5min) but you haven’t any warmup!! I think it would be easy to add every session a light warmup due to most of this kind apps has a warming up option Summary This is a year programmed and you can repeat every session whenever you like , its worth the price for an efective HIIT home workout, the most if you are a lover of martial arts trainings.
