Was looking for workouts with kickboxing to pair with my bag - this is not it. It’s fine for a workout app, the pace starts off pretty fast, but overall, reminds me of most workout apps.
I have really been enjoying this app. I love that the workouts are in portrait mode and easier to see on my phone than most apps. I also love the customizing that can be done. The only suggestion I have is that I just found in one of the workouts a little cap that has a lot of info on the different moves and how to do them, but the workout I chose doesn’t have this and would be super helpful in every workout or in an easier location to find!
So easy to follow! It went by so fast and worked up a great sweat. I would recommend this to everyone!!!
I typically get bored easily and never finish these online workouts. But this one kept me intrigued and is fairly easy to keep up with. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t kick your butt, because let me tell ya, my butt is kicked! Excellent program!
Love using this app, so many programs to choose from and easy to use. Was looking for something that had cardio mixed with kickboxing and this app has it all. Highly recommend!

It is my first week using the app and it has been pretty good. I gave it 4 stars because some days I do have connection issues with it during my workout. But overall minus that the app is great with good workouts.
Been using this for about a week now and it’s been great! I love using it at the gym or home. Great for a quick morning workout before I hit work.
I am so glad I found this app and the Oomph team. I am struggling with weight gain and my only joy in working out comes from kick boxing and weights. This app combined them both and more! Get full body work outs, set how many rounds you want to do and pick and choose what work outs to do for the day depending on focus. I personally love the belt program because it keeps me motivated to move forward and work on my kickboxing skills. I love the reminders to check form and you can pause to review movements. I could go on but get the app you won’t regret it!
