Oomph is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, or every few months, depending on the selected monthly option.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Glad I made the leap
I’ve been on the fence about signing on a fitness app because I was afraid the workouts would be boring or way too challenging for me to keep up with. I love that the app allowed me to only choose how long of a workout I wanted to do. Min 15mins which I think is pretty minimal to get a good workout in. I also loved that every single minute of those first 15-20 mins had a different workout so it didn’t repeat itself. For someone that got bored easily it kept me entertained and I was slowly able to work my way up to a longer workout.
Fraud happened
Yesterday i got an email with the 50% off discount from this app. When i clicked and went through, they deducted 67.79 dollars for a year. but later it never works still showed need to subscribe. My money were deducted from my bank account but never received any receipt. Later when i tried to buy the subscription then they deducted 112 dollars still the 50% discount never get applied. So i want to talk and want to get more clarification.

Love the workouts but some improvements are needed
I absolutely love the cardio kickboxing style workouts. I have a subscription to the Sweat app but they don’t have many cardio kickboxing style workouts on their app so I decided to give this a try. The reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because every time I do a workout and put music through the app, it stops mid workout and I’m forced to finish the rest of my workout without any music. One other thing about the music is the volume drops as soon as you start the workout, like why?! Another pet peeve of mine is that you can’t skip a round. You either have to quit or keep going but some times life happens and you just need to end your workout early. Why can you have the option of skipping a round or logging 5/6 rounds you’ve completed? Like I mentioned earlier, I’m used to using the Sweat app and these are all options you have there. Thanks for your consideration!

Great combo of HIIT and kickboxing - helps me stay motivated and with the flexibility of choosing the timing of the workout is great for busy schedules. Love the visuals helps me keep my form - overall a great workout app better than the others out there!!
Incredible at home workout!!
I have never sweat so much in my life. This is a great way to stay in shape at home. And I’m learning kickboxing techniques along the way. I love it!!
