Not fit for purpose
If you look at the screenshot above entitled fast and secure you’ll see where it says to upload a profile you go to the Finder. There is no Finder on an iPad. These instructions are for a Mac not for an iOS device. Whoever wrote this app clearly has never used an iPad or an iPhone. It would be simple to add a file upload option where you can upload a profile as it is I have no idea how you’re supposed to do this. I don’t have a URL to use because I’m not using a VPN server as such. I am using my own router Which can download profiles. I have got it working but not using open VPN connect. I had to use the third-party app which makes this app completely and utterly pointless.
Problems easily sorted out
I had a couple of issues at the beginning using this app but email contact with The administrator got them easily sorted out. He was very informative and it works perfectly thank you very much.
Waste of money
Waste of money
VPN keeps dropping immediately and repeatedly in a loop
OpenVPN connects and immediately drops, in a constant loop. This has been a persistent problem for a couple of months on iOS and iPadOS devices. I had hoped an update would fix it, but this version DOESN’T. ⭐️ NIP: iOS reported network status unavailable ⭐️ OS Event: NET UNAVAILABLE (PAUSE): Internet:NotReachable/W- ------- ⭐️ Stop tunnel requested with reason: 1 EVENT: DISCONNECTED
For blank black screen try this
I hadn’t used this app for a while and had set up a new VPN server today. I opened this app to try to configure it as a client of the new VPN but on trying to open the app all I got was an instant black screen. Checking in the App Store I found the app had an update button so I updated it. Same thing - black screen. Saw similar recent reviews and thought the app must be broken. After a while I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Now it was working - no more black screen. Might not fix every case but surprisingly it fixed my problem. I hope this helps someone.

This used to work brilliantly. Now I just get a blank screen when I open it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Profile import doesn’t work
Nothing happen when I tap "upload" either via file or email. The app is completely broken
Can’t install certs
No way to import or select certs for profiles
