Fantastic experience

I bought tickets with them they took my money then the tickets didn’t get confirmed. For a week I wrote countless emails and called a thousand times… no answer of course. So basically I gave them money and they didn’t give me tickets

Be ware of this app.
This company does not provide the most basic service. I purchased flight tickets that can be rescheduled and I cannot do it for more than a week! Use it if you want to endlessly and aimlessly talk to a chatbot
Do not book a vacation with opodo if you want a hassle free journey
I booked a flight and Hotel from Tel Aviv to Istanbul. I got a confirmation for the hotel, but the flights have been still processing. I chatted hours with the support who continuously told me to trust them and to wait two more hours and they will confirm my booking. Four hours before departure Opodo support told me, that they won’t confirm the flights and I will get a refund- only for the flights. For the hotel refund they ask me to call the hotel. They weren’t able to refund it. Save the hassle, it’s not worth the few cents you might save with them! UPDATE after Opodo response. Opodo didn’t redound the flight and hotel I booked together. Opodo support refused any help and asked me to handle the issue with booking.com. I still had to pay the first night. Did I mention I paid an extra fee for Opodo support?
