I sincerely regret trying this

The payment is obscure, they never care to offer any prime option within whole booking process so that they fool you that you never opted in while they are until they automatically take fee after 3 weeks, without notification. Absolute abomination of service.

Cancellation problem

Hey guys be careful this site. recently I’ve booked ticket from Berlin to Porto and that was 110 Euro. But the problem is they changed suddenly so that was 1100 euro. Right at that time I applied cancellation for, but still they didn’t answer to me.(still didn’t cancellation and refund too) I called call center 3times but they can not see that my cancellation information. I canceled the flight in less than an hour, but it has not been canceled until now after 5 days.

Worst. Never use this.

I got double booking because of this booking system in application. Even though, it was an error in their system, Opodo haven’t replied to me about refund for 2 months. As a result, worst application transaction system and worst customer service. Use another app.
