Over-charging
Worst app. Over-charged. Avoid this app at all cost. I have to contact their help desk which is completely helpless and unresponsive. I still can not get my money back from this app. Never use this.

日程変更可能なチケットを購入し、 日程変更のリクエストを送ったが、今仕事をしています。の一点張りで結局変更できず、返金も無し。はっきり言って詐欺会社です。 絶対に利用しない方がいいです。

Warum erscheint immer noch Tegel vorbelegt als Flughafen? Den gibt’s nicht mehr. Bitte ändern.
Flug annulliert - null Support, ewige Chats mit chatpots, noch immer kein Rückflugangebot!
Null Support, nur gut, solange alles nach Plan läuft! Entwickler antwortet, man könnte den Support kontaktieren, hatte die ganze App rauf und runter, bis ich einen Tag dann opfern musste um ins Büro der Airline zu fahren, die waren freundlich und haben das ganze erledigt. Von Opodo keine Antwort, nichts!

Wenn man Opodo Prime nicht bucht nervt die App. Wenn das so bleibt werde ich Opodo verlassen

360€ Euro für gar nichts bezahlt, da meine „kostenlose Stornierung“ nur 24 Stunden nach der Buchung möglich ist. Danke für gar nichts, ich werde nun mal Rechtsbeistand einschalten.
