Refund is not a easy process, taken over a month to process and still waiting
Scam
I got a relatively good deal with them on a flight, but their app was asking for fees after a month. I tried my best to cancel it, even sent emails on that matter, but they used my credit cards details to pull out about 60£ out of my account after a month , much more that what i would had saved on thartflight. They didn’t replied to my mails complain . Be careful…
Too expensive
You search engine failed to produce a competitive price.
Appalling
Absolutely impossible to speak to a real person. Taken my money but no ticket received. Absolute thieves
App doesn’t work
When I needed to book flights ASAP Opodo let me down website wouldn’t work. Log into my account wouldn’t work. I’m so disappointed

Simple and worry free
So far haven’t had any trouble and the app does exactly what you’d expect from it 👍
Rip off website don’t use it
You cannot change anything online and they make you call 100 times and take all your money just trying to call them. Have to wait minimum 30 mins and then they say you’ve to call back because they can’t see options and of course they transfer calls to a call center in India. They have been flagged as suspicious by bank.
