J’ai souscrit à l’offre Prime depuis juillet 2021 et je n’ai jamais pu l’utiliser car je n’arrive plus à accéder à mon compte à cause de l’oubli de mon mot de passe. J’essaye de réinitialiser mon de passe sur l’application où sur le site mais je ne reçois jamais de mail qui inclus le lien de réinitialisation. Je décide d’appeler le service client à plusieurs reprise et à chaque fois je suis surpris par la nonchalance du conseiller. Hors mis le fait d’attendre plus que 10 minutes avant d’avoir un conseiller, je suis à chaque fois déçu du ton où de la froideur du conseiller ainsi que de la non résolution de mon problème qui est des plus simples et qui nécessite même pas l’assistance d’un conseiller. Aucun conseiller n’a réussi à m’envoyer l’émail de réinitialisation du mot de passe, un autre conseiller me propose de créer un autre compte avec une autre adresse e-mail pour qu’il puisse transférer les avantages Prime de l’ancien compte vers le nouveau. On me dit que le transfert a été effectué mais jusqu’à ce jour je n’ai ni l’accès à mon premier compte ni le Prime sur le nouveau compte. Intolérable.

Flug annulliert - null Support, ewige Chats mit chatpots, noch immer kein Rückflugangebot!
Null Support, nur gut, solange alles nach Plan läuft! Entwickler antwortet, man könnte den Support kontaktieren, hatte die ganze App rauf und runter, bis ich einen Tag dann opfern musste um ins Büro der Airline zu fahren, die waren freundlich und haben das ganze erledigt. Von Opodo keine Antwort, nichts!
Ohne Prime schlecht
Wenn man Opodo Prime nicht bucht nervt die App. Wenn das so bleibt werde ich Opodo verlassen

Es fallen Gebühren an die im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt werden. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen
